"We had a lovely week here. The property was clean with all the facilities you need. Heather was a delightful host. The pool was great for a cooling dip and the community pool just two minutes away was great for proper swimming (and very cheap). For kids, a well equipped playground was just over the road. The local spa was well stocked including a good range of gluten-free goods. Easy access to València, Calpe and Altea as well as local sandy beaches made it a very relaxing week."

"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. "Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues"

"Great large pool that teenagers really enjoyed, relaxing area beside pool for sunbathing, the porch was a comfortable and shaded area which we could relax on during the day and evening. There was dining space out the back perfect for our large group. Carlos was helpful with any issues we had. The power however did cut out quite a lot even when all appliances were off. The air conditioningunit did not work well on the last two nights which meant the room was very hot and was hard to sleep....

"A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. Only one set of bedding for each bed. Good job we only used 2 beds. No sun at all in house , very cold as it was September to mid November so heating had to go on even though warm...

"Nice quiet comfy house with a beachside location which was ideal for a self-catering stay with our dog. You can walk for miles and the whole length of the beach is dog friendly. A car is absolutely essential as there are not really any restaurants or bars nearby that you can walk to in the evening."

"We had a great time whilst staying at the villa. John and Maggie were great hosts and available to help as and when needed. The villa itself had everything you would need and due to its elevated position had stunning views across the mountains and coastline. Short driving distance to coast and a number of nearby villages, commentary all very accurate. Would highly recommend!"

"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...
