"Pros: Das Haus hat genügend Platz für 2-3 Personen. Bei vier Personen würde es am Esstisch eng. Der Weg zu Geschäften (ab 5 Minuten), Restaurants wie auch zum Strand (10 Min) ist zu Fuß gut machbar. Bei gutem Wetter lässt sich die große, z.T. überdachte Terrasse gut nutzen. Insgesamt ruhige Lage. Der Vermieter bzw. die Kontaktperson war bei Bedarf schnell zur Stelle. "Verdelago is literally heaven on earth! We travel often and we generally stay at higher end places, so we are quite spoiled, but this resort is probably the nicest we have ever stayed at. The decor is beautiful and the natural setting is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is incredible and you can lounge on a fancy beach bed or chair, which is included. The food at the pool bar is quite good. We ate at the restaurant for dinner one evening and the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. We were there for 4 days during the 3rd week of June, so it was not quite peak season. The resort was fairly quiet, especially for the first part of the week (which we enjoyed). It will likely get busier as time goes on since they are currently building an additional area (which is scheduled to open in 2028). This was our first trip to Portugal (and the Algarve region) and we are already planning a trip back!"
