"The condo was bare bones: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, minimal kitchen utensils/pans, no sponge, no dish towel, no salt & pepper. You really need to be able to speak spanish to talk to the staff and check in. The pool was lovely and peaceful. Also, relatively secure with locked doors."

"my overall experience was good, the room was really nice, and clean, the ac was ok not great it took a whole day to drop the temperature to only 71, the restaurants and bars were good to, but i have to said we enjoy more the service and the food at the Catalonia bayahibe the family side of the hotel, you could have better attention from the staff, but that does not mean that at royal the service were bad absolutely no. in general i have a really good time, i would go again"
