Property as advertised. The room felt a bit dark and felt like it could use a bit of refresh (but I'm not sure what more could be done, maybe lighter colors, but at the end not so important as it fulfills it's purpose), seems like the bathroom did get a refresh recently and was great. Had a pleasant stay.

Pretty clean. Bed comfortable. Recent facelift so new flooring, tiles, bathroom vanity etc. But the doors are old and thin which didn’t help with noise. The plumbing is extremely loud also. And there was no place in the bathroom to hang a towel so I had to hang mine in the closet. Looks like there used to be a hook on the back of the door but it was gone. Hot breakfast was not very appetizing except definitely I recommend to make your own waffles. Those were good. Treadmill in the exercise room was not in good enough condition to use.

It's Okay, but not great.
Clean. Beds were way too soft. No support when sitting on the edge of the bed. Almost slid off. It was almost like a bale of straw. No soap dish in shower.

The parking lot was loud at night with people. The room I had didn’t have a bathtub, only a shower. The pool had a yucky film over the top layer. Other than that my stay was average.

Surprisingly comfortable
The hotel was very clean, upgraded and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was a little slow, but for the area it was a great place to stay while visiting family. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here a number of times and it’s always fine. Pleasant interactions with staff, rooms are big and have what you need. This stay was an emergency stay due to health problems with a family member. My husband had made arrangements quickly online and chose the wrong dates, October instead of September, and unfortunately didn’t see the “non-refundable” section. Because I was driving 8 hours to get there, I simply made new reservations on the way, just to insure that I had a room. I didn’t know the other reservation was non-refundable at that time. Once arriving home, we had the company, through which we booked the wrong dates, ask for a refund because of our circumstances. The hotel wouldn’t do it. I’m not surprised, but I am disappointed, especially because of the number of stays I’ve had there in a short period of time. I won’t stay there again. And I hope they never make a mistake during a family emergency that costs them a chunk of money for nothing, because it just adds insult to injury.

Arrived and my reservation was misplaced. The Travelocity Reservation Number was not able to be referenced and the hotel was booked as were others extending to Blairsville, PA - not an option. After 20 minutes, the Desk Manager was able to finally locate and check-in was easy. Due to my calling earlier in week to confirm, this added to the frustration! Will I use Travelocity again? Really can’t answer that. The Hotel complete environment was wonderful from arrival to departure. The beds were Phanntasstik and needed after a very long day!

Excellent Value Hotel in a Good Location
Good hotel with exceptional people working hard to make your stay pleasant. Good variety at the free breakfast including a serving tray with a hot offering everyday along with the ever popular waffle maker. Kids loved the pool. Located at the crossroads of Routes 22 and 219. Plen ty of shopping and dining opportunities nearby. My only criticism is that this facility apparently has no recycling options. This isn't a five star hotel, but for what it is, the people there work hard to make it very good.

A comfortable stay.
Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is due for room renovations. There were several spots on the ceiling in our room where the paint was peeling off. There aren’t many other choices in the area. The location of the hotel is superb.

Disappointing stay
There was hardly any water pressure in the shower and the rod holding the shower curtain was warped and barely stayed up. We had to take the toilet paper off the roll and leave it on the counter because it would not spin at all. The room was very warm when we arrived, ac eventually cooled things down. We missed breakfast both mornings because it was so crowded there was no place to sit.
