Excellent place to stay without leaving the hotel grounds. Walked the grounds many times, enjoyed breakfast and lunch , comfortable bed, highly recommend staying here.

Friendly staff that were all fluent in English. Comfortable bed with lots of fluffy pillows. The rooftop pool is a nice touch and I enjoyed the spa, which is included in your stay.

Stunning hotel in a lovely area of Santiago. Our room was spotless and the restaurant food was delicious.
Loved the swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring.
The front desk staff were also super helpful.
Highly recommended.

Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada ...

The hotel is very basic, nothing around , you need to have a car if you want to eat something, they just have small cheap pizza and cheap empanadas, and they charge you a fortune for it, since there is not transportation they offer you a taxi service wich regularly cost 7 usd for a trip to my work ...
