"We stayed at hotel in August 2016 and it took me months to receive refund of extra charges for services which were not rendered. I tried to avoid writing review but I think it will be helpful for other tourists to learn from our experience. Hotel looks beautiful online but reality is different. "This place is like no other. The property is beautiful and idilic. The property is situated on Lake Titicaca and this lake is stunning. All meals, beverages and excursions were included. We enjoyed our time. Abel was one of the best guides we have encountered. We would return. "
