Tiny Home “Garden Idyll” with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Garden

Welcome to the Garden Idyll – a lovingly furnished garden cottage with a spacious natural garden in Thuringia. Here, you can relax and enjoy nature, far from everyday life.



This cozy accommodation offers 26 m² of space for up to three guests and is fully equipped. A well-appointed kitchen, private bathroom, and a comfortable living and sleeping area ensure you feel at home right away. Heating in the living area keeps you warm even on cooler days.



The highlight is the 820 m² garden with views of a picturesque fishing pond and the surrounding mountains. A small pond, vegetable beds, and many green corners invite you to explore and unwind. Enjoy breakfast on your private terrace, barbecue outdoors, or watch birds and dragonflies – here, nature is at your doorstep.



Families with children are welcome. The large property offers plenty of space to play, and the accommodation is child-friendly. Toys and books for children are provided, as well as a playground. Dogs are welcome (up to 3, for an extra fee). The property is fenced and visually separated, situated on a slope, but the fence is not escape-proof. Dogs should not be left outside unattended.



You can enjoy a digital detox here: there is no Wi-Fi and limited reception – instead, listen to birdsong, breathe fresh air, and gaze at starry skies. Important: The tap water is not drinking water! Drinking water is provided.



The accommodation is close to nature in Altendorf, Altenberga, ideal for walks and bike tours. Shops and attractions are accessible by car. Arrival is best by car via unpaved roads. Parking is available. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
