"Entering the flat was a bit disappointing. The flat is quite old, the furniture should be renewed completely. The washing machine is very small, the kitchen equipment is not the best. Bedrooms: 2 rooms do not have air-conditioning. Matraces are old and dirty. Internet: very weak since there is only a Wifi-Adapter via 4G connection which looses the connection or changes to 3G. "Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement.
