"Staff was very nice I mean the place looks decent but our room just had a really awful smell a lot of people seemed to be smoking very close to the building even though there’s signs not to. building smelled really bad just pure weed for most of our stay I really didn’t appreciate this just the fact that I had little ones with me"
"The room had roaches in at the tub has mowed around it I did not pay $140 to get a health hazar problem I am interested when I pick a hotel with hotel.com it is to the utmost standards I did request another room they didn't have one she told me that she would contact me when she had one available when I got home yesterday from where there were no tiles on my bed when I contacted the front office they said that they apologize with the maid left for the day and that they don't have none which is very impressional because I paid my money and I should get what I deserve fair and square the trash can in the highway reeks of a smell that I cannot even explain the cockroaches in the room furthermore I was not happy with the noise there was above my head all night I did try to contact the front of this he said he was sent security but nothing was done about it it steady for this phone I told him that I will not be getting another room here I am not happy as a loyal member and I would love some USD credit at least one day worth of you is the credit back at least one day worth of my money back in USD credit so that I can give you another room and replace for the treatment that I got here it's very unprofessional but I do trust that hotel mom will fix it "
"First in the weeks leading up to my stay it took the host days to respond to messages, including the day I was traveling. The Vrbo emails stated it’s quicker to contact the property manager. In this case one in the same. I was driving from another state and if I hadn’t stopped driving and checked my email I would not have known the access code to enter the house until I got there at 1 am. I repeatedly asked them in the days prior what the check in process was w/no response until I was 2 hours away. When they did finally respond to a message it was a generic reply w/o answering my question. Once there I still had to wait some time for a response to inquiries. Each of the 2 bedrooms had one set of sheets each which were ill fitting, one thin blanket each, no soap, no shampoo & zero towels whatsoever. I had to repeatedly message for these items and after a full day a bag of 2 bottles of body soap and no shampoo, and just two cheap thin dollar store bath towels was left w/o notifying me. No hand towels or wash clothes at all. The fridge & freezer had items from previous guests in it, the rugs were stained and dirty looking and the general cleanliness of the house seemed seedy at best. The locks on the doors were loose and dangling and difficult to lock and the towel racks in one bathroom were dangling off the wall and the 2nd bathroom had no mirror. All in all I would be ashamed if I was a host of this caliber. Truly money wasted. I would have been better off at a Motel 6. "
