"This hotel was an absolute gem! Comfortable, charming, quiet, and loaded with authentic character worthy of its 11th century origins. The front desk staff were especially helpful in answering our questions about the area. Consider upgrading to a room with a private balcony for some lovely outdoor views. One helpful hint: If you're using a GPS, enter the actual address (2 rue du Maréchal Foch) otherwise you may be directed to the actual Abbaye d'Alspach monastery in nearby Kayserberg."

"Wir haben bei der netten Gastgeberfamilie 9 wunderschöne, sonnenscheinreiche und entspannte Tage verbracht. Die Atelierwohnung ist sehr grosszügig, die Sonnenterasse und der Blick in die Weinberge sind toll. Über den Radweg in den Weinbergen kann man die umliegenden Dörfer ohne Auto problemlos besuchen. Wir danken der Gastgeberfamilie und kommen gerne wieder."

"The apartment was spacious and well presented however, the pillow case on the sofa bed had some brown stains and there was no dishwasher in contrast to the description. At first the electric cooker did not seem to work but then we searched for the instructions online and it was all smooth from there. Maybe there should be some short instructions for this appliance."
