The staff was friendly. The rooms are big, clean, and well equipped, with a really nice view.

"The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.The room was an OK size. The bathroom was a bit small but with the sink being in a separate area there was good space. The hotel is right on the doorstep of the Abbey District and other attractions are a short walk away. There is also good public transport connections nearby if you're looking to travel out further. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception.
