"I’ve stayed here many times and I’ve always enjoyed my stay. This time though, there was a very rude, disrespectful lady behind the counter. She was dressed in plain clothes and didn’t have a name tag. She asked me my name but never once looked up from what she was doing or spoke directly to my face. If that had been my first experience there, I would never come back. "
