Comfortable bed/ pillows, very clean and incredible service especially from both Rami and Dominik that gave wonderful suggestions for things to do around the city and helping me with a train ticket, going above and beyond. "We stayed at the hotel in December (2 adults 2 kids 12y.old). The hotel is a 25-30min walk from the center but the bus No 1 is right outside the hotel and has frequent buses running all day. The hotel will provide free tickets for all your days of stay so this makes going to the center very easy and straightforward. The buses are frequent and comfortable and not too crowded. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was always fresh with a good variety and we especially loved the pretzels. The room was clean and warm in December and the sofa bed was comfy and a very good size to comfortably fit two adults. All in all we loved our stay in Salzburg! We would definitely come back!"
