"The hotel was ok but the room they put us in was the size of a match box and we mentioned that to them which thier response was all the rooms were like that which they were not cause we so rooms bigger and also the bed was very uncomfortable seem like the mattress needed replacing other than that pretty average"

"We loved the stay at Mona, The Pavilions Arthur was a delightful place with great views and comfortable beds and lounge, more cushions for smaller people would be great for the lounge, the staff where amazing. "

"Parking and location were fine. Found 3 bugs in my room on different days which was gross. Main light in the bedroom didn’t work. Shower had mould in it. Previous guests toiletries were still in the room and you can tell that the bathroom had not been cleaned in years. Would not come back"
