Lovely summer getaway with family.
Great hosts, location and rooms. The restaurant has very good breakfast and food in general. Temporary parking is available in front of the hotel, and they have shared parking lots very near.

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a 4-person room with king bed and twin bunk (bunk was in additional space, no separate divider, but provided more room for everyone). Really nice and comfortable. Our room had a double-door to front porch with chairs so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. This is not a super fancy hotel, but extremely comfortable, decorated with rustic mountain elegance — it reminded us of Vail. Great location in middle of town. Just perfect for our needs. The hotel has a really nice semi-covered pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, close to all shops and bars, great apres ski amenities like sauna and pool. Very helpful friendly staff always on hand to help.

Excellent central location for restaurants & lifts
Comfortable hotel with everything you need for a holiday in Grand Bornand. I like the outdoor jacuzzi after a days skiing . Good buffet breakfast too.

WiFi was weak on the 3rd floor where we stayed. The hotel staff were amazing, there kept the sauna open late upon request and the breakfast was the best we've had in Europe so far.

Accueil désagréable par le patron taiseux et renfrogné. Pas de renseignements sur parking couvert. Dirigeants de l'établissement incompétents. Cuisine médiocre. Hôtel&Spa annoncé 4 * : mensonge! Best Western devrait contrôler ses établissements.

Chambre et SdB refaites à neuf récemment. Nombreuses prises éléctriques (2 de chaque côté du lit, plus d'autres réparties dans la chambre). Deux prises USB et 1 prise éthernet près de la télé. Très pratique pour tous les geeks comme nous qui voyageons avec 2 smartphones, 2 tablettes, et 2 ordinateurs portables.
