"Unser Aufenthalt hat etwas durchwachsen angefangen, da die Bad/WC nicht gut geputzt war. Das Hotel hat aber am nächsten Tag sofort reagiert und uns sogar angerufen und eine gute Lösung gefunden. "Generally a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is conveniently located. The only issues were that we could hear our neighbors clearly through the night, and the beds were extraordinarily firm. "We had a very nice stay at Hotel Bechlwirt. The hotel staff/owners were extremely helpful and attentive answering questions we had about the area. It is very conveniently placed - easy to walk to the bus stops for skiing and some great apres ski and restaurant options all in walkable distance. Far better to stay in Kirchberg than Kitzbuhel in our opinion! A fast train can take you to Kitzbuhel when you want to go. "
