The villa is located less than 1 min on foot from the beach. The distance is only 10m. This means that you can enjoy sea and sun all day long, hassle-free! In other words, swim-in the sea rest-out at your villa, again and again! And when the night comes, you will hear only the waves from the balcony of your private garden. Relaxation at its best!
The villa is rent on a self-catering base, it can accommodate up to 6 people, has a private garden of 250 sq.m with dining table under the trees, fast access to the beach in front within less than 1min and a shared swimming pool. On the ground floor has a large living room with a dining area for 6 people, TV, A/C and a fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery and electric appliances. On the upper floor you have 3 seperate double rooms with 2 bathrooms available. Every room has a private balcony with easy access to the pool and private A/C.
BBQ facilities, secure parking, free WiFi and daily cleaning service are provided. Nearby, the famous beach of Agios Dimitrios with tavernas and watersports is 5 min away by car. 2 fish-villages are within a distance of 3 km away.
We always welcome our guests in the port upon arrival, drive together to the villa and give all necessary information regarding points of interest and places to visit.
