  • This villa is for guests who appreciate silence, nature, and space.
    Located in the exclusive Cerro Gordo area of La Herradura, the house offers complete privacy, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean, and uninterrupted sunrises and sunsets. There is no traffic noise—only birds and nature.

    The architecture is classic Spanish—warm and authentic. From the terraces, you can watch the sea change colour throughout the day, and at dusk, the sun sets directly over the horizon. Mountain goats are often seen nearby. The atmosphere is calm, secluded, and deeply relaxing.

    The communal pool and paddle tennis court are shared only with a small, quiet area and are rarely used, offering a sense of exclusivity without crowds. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the house is carefully maintained.

    This is not a party house. It is a place to slow down, unplug, and enjoy the Mediterranean at its most peaceful.
