NEW APARTAMENT WITH LARGE TERRACE JUST ON THE BEACH W/ FAST INTERNET

Beautiful & Spacious apartment, just over the beach (10 metres distance to the beach) with a large terrace for 6 people looking at the Mediterranean Sea, in one of the best spots of the Mediterranean, at the exclusive Cotobro Beach , at the Tropical Coast due to the protection of cold winds thanks to the high Sierra Nevada Mountains in the north. So you will have a mild weather all the year round.

The apartment has a full integrated air conditioned in all spaces :
It has 2 large bedrooms with 2 in suit bathrooms, large living & dinning room, full equiped kitchen, big terrace over the beach and the sea.
The big terrace, 20 sq meters is facing south, so you will have sun the whole day, and enjoy the sunrise - sunset. The terrace is fully equipped with a dining table, up for 6 to 8 pax.
You can stay in the apartment comfortably up to 4 adults, plus 1 child

Parking space available in the back yard "patio", well protected with security for your car.

All modern necessities are included: Free Internet access WIFI, 2 smartTV ayt the living and the main bedroom , including in kitchen : oven, microwave, washing machine, dish washing machine, coffe maker , Kettle , toaster ,.. ...

It is FRONT BEACH , and that means that the Beach and the Sea are literally ten steps from the door building, to Cotobro beach, a place well known as a beach and diving resort near Golf courses and Marina.
Located at the exclusive paradise of Cotobro, 10 minutes walk from the village of Almuñecar, where you can visit the city, the market, Moorish castle, bars....

You do not need a car , as a public bus service is also available from just the building door to the village downtown, the bus station , useful too if do not have, or wish to use your car . .

ALMUÑECAR: This part of the Granada Mediterranean coastline in Costa Tropical is a must see for all visitors, because of its fullness of history.
Almuñecar witnessed outstanding achievements that formed the Mediterranean culture. Tourists can visit: the necropolis from the 7th century BC and a 4th century fish salting plant, which are reminders of its Phoenician past; from Roman times, there are remains of civil buildings in the old town, like the vaults from the 1st century BC, located under the street named Martí­n Requeda, and the Roman Aqueduct; memories of splendour during the Arab Andalusian period are the layout of a district in the castle and the medieval fortress in itself, built on top of a Roman fortress. Furthermore, the Municipal Archaeological Museum, located in the Cueva de los Siete Palacios, displays an interesting collection of objects found in the archaeological remains of the surrounding

COSTA TROPICAL: On the Costa Tropical you will find more than 60 beaches along 73 km of coastline, where sea merges with land and the horizon reaches as high as the peaks of the Sierra Nevada.

The Valle de Lecrín offers routes through stunning whitewashed villages, with narrow, steep streets, in the midst of a landscape that, in ancient times, bewitched Pheonecians and Romans.

The Granada coastline, with its splendid beaches, hidden coves and rugged cliffs, is ideal for every kind of sport, including diving and snorkelling, windsurfing, hang gliding and paragliding.

The land between the sea and the mountains, where there are lush spots with a gentle climate, is used to grow the tastiest tropical fruits: mangos, avocados, custard applies, and others.


ALPUJARRA: The Granada Alpujarra, near Almuñecar, boasts stunning scenery, including almond trees, vineyards grown on terraces.

Due to the particularly hilly terrain, the towns have adapted to the uneven land, which is why they are built spaced out and facing south, to make the most of the gentle Mediterranean climate. The cobbled, winding streets are ideal to go for a stroll and breathe in calmness and tranquility. Time really does seem to have stopped in the Alpujarra.

One of the main towns in the region is Lanjarón, also known as the Puerta de la Alpujarra. It is the perfect spot to relax in the mineral-medicinal waters. There is also Órgiva, distinguished by its Moorish style.

The Balcón de la Alpujarra, formed by the whitewashed villages of Cañar, Soportújar and Carataunas, and the Barranco de Poqueira, home to the towns of Pampaneira, Bubión and Capileira, are a must-see in this region.

The views were a joy everyday. We also liked the calmness of the area and the short walk along the front to restaurants and shops easy as very flat seafront. The apartment was very clean and has been recently refurbished.The best bed we have ever had in a holiday rental huge and extremely comfortable.You never get tired of the view and the sound of the waves. Highly recommend this apartment.Thank you for a wonderful stay
