Cosy, comfortable country house "La Cordobilla", 2 storeys, renovated in 2015, surrounded by fields. 7 km from the centre of Almuñecar, 4 km from the centre of Torrecuevas, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. 500 m long steep, narrow motor access. Parking at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Estación de autobuses Almuñécar" 8 km, sandy beach 8 km. Sports harbour 15 km, golf course 30 km. Nearby attractions: Frigiliana, Nerja, Granada, Acnntilados de Maro, Alhambra de Granada, Almuñecar. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Rio Verde, Valle Lecrín, Sierra Almijara. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 4 adults + 1 child. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Eine saubere, tolle Finca, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu dritt mit einem kleinen Hund. Es war einfach super.
