"Beautiful place in the City of Loule which is a nice relaxing spot not too far from the popular location Vilamoura. Staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. The gym needs a bit of an update, and the pool area. But all facilities are there and functioning . The staff are helpful and well informed of the area and the best places to visit. Will visit again. Nice, calm, simple and value for money"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Casinha Teco Leco and Zélia was a very nice host. We arrived late and Zélia was so kind to wait for us. Communication with her was very nice.A very pleasant and quiet place to relax and a good starting point for day trips to the touristic places to be at Algarve. Our kid loved the Pool and the cat Shanou, who came to visit us every day in the Morning.We observed two little disarvantages: During Heat periods with temperatures 30C, the House got very warm and did not cool down during the night. The Air con ist just cooling down the living room, Not the bed rooms. But Zélia told us that she's planning to renovate the House during Winter time. Secondly, the bathroom was a bit smelly."

"We arrived and were greeted with a palace. Everything was very clean and very well looked after. Kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, crockery and everday things needed. The villa is in a great spot and near to lots of quiet places as well as busy areas. Pool was large and very clean. The pool guy came at least three times to clean and sweep up dead leaves. Definitely would go back to this villa."

Monte do Alento - Castro da Cola

"This property is a little oasis hidden away. While a bit tricky to get to as you have to drive on unpaved roads, it's worth it once you get there. The room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was wonderful and included local products. The location is quite rural, however, the closest town (Ourique) was only a 15 minute drive away. It's not a big town by any means, but there were a few restaurant options and a Pingo Doce and an Aldi for groceries. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star stay was the atmosphere during our stay due to other guests. There happened to be a large family who booked during the same time as us and they completely took over the pool area. As the location is in such a quiet area and there isn't a ton to do, we were looking forward to sitting by the beautiful pool and relaxing in the afternoon. That was tainted by children screaming and jumping into the pool, in addition to them bringing a speaker and playing loud music for hours. They were having a good time and the property is family friendly so perhaps our fault for not inquiring, but if you're looking for a quiet getaway, this may not be the place to book. While it wasn't the stay we were hoping for, the staff and accommodation itself was wonderful."

"Arrived at Villa, very spacious. Clean throughout and air con was a life saver at night.Plenty of seating inside and outside; with added bonus of a large artificial lawn area for children to play. Kitchen equipped with everything you needed.Would say you need a car to get around to local supermarkets and restaurants.Hosts were a great help, always available if needed and quick to resolve any concerns."
