I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! "Unforgettable Stay with Air Conditioning ComfortAbsolutely incredible stay! The bungalow is stunning, right over the water with gorgeous views in every direction. Inside it had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the tropical heat. The private deck with hot tub and steps straight into the ocean made it feel like our own little paradise. The host was super helpful, even setting up our airport pickup and water taxi, which made everything easy. Could not recommend this place more, we can’t wait to come back!"

"There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "
