disappointed

i booked a room with ONE bed for couple and was charged 15 euros extra for that. we saw a cockroach in the dining room as soon as we arrived. Hotel is old, not enough blankets for cold nights, bedsheets are poor quality breakfast (extra charge) poor quality

Para una tarde noche como estuvimos, perfecto, con piscina y demás instalaciones, restaurante, chiringuito de piscina... Los colchones un poco hundidos, pero por lo demás bien. Limpieza, atención... correcto.

Pésimo trato al cliente

Mal trato al cliente. Cuando por la mañana que dejaba la habitación quise darme un baño en la piscina, me dijeron que a las 12 cuando abre la piscina que ya no soy cliente del hotel. Finalmente les convencí para no pagar los 4 euros, pero al pedir una tortilla me cobraron 5 euros de más así que ellos ganan.

groot tegenslag

Als tussenstop van langere reisgesboekt. Het hotel ligt aan de auto baan, geen probleem. Bij het inchecken betaalden we voor het ontbijf buffet dat zou plaats vinden naast het zwembad. S'morgens bleek er helemaal geen ontbijt buffet en moesten we in de cafetria maar iets bestellen, zeer ongezellig veel lawaai, niet wat we geboekt hadden . het enige goed was dat de kamer echt groot was. in de douche lagen nog haren van de vorige gasten, de airco koelde praktisch niet, en bij 40* is dit toch wel nodig.

My stay in Almendralejo

The hotel is a little old-fashioned but very clean. Breakfast and evening meal were served in the cafeteria. The bedroom was clean and well-presented, as was the bathroom. The bed was rather hard. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking.

Es un hotel de carretera con continuo tránsito de personas de variopintos tipos (camioneros, moteros, familias, gente de paso, etc.). No hay insonorización en las habitaciones, se escucha con claridad la conversación de los que están al otro lado, así que te la juegas en función de quién tengas de vecino. No salía agua muy caliente en la ducha (menos mal que fuimos en plena ola de calor). Limpieza diaria correcta. Es muy útil la pequeña nevera de la habitación. Olor a tubería en el baño, que está reformado. Atención en recepción correcta también, con personal amable. Cafetería algo desfasada y caótica pero aceptable para desayunar. Tiene una piscina de verano bastante agradable pero no es exclusiva para clientes. Usamos este hotel como base para conocer parte de la provincia, que es muy recomendable por su belleza y variedad de opciones. No se trata de un hotel de alto nivel, pero eso se sabe y acepta al reservar. Está ubicado junto a la autovía, lejos de Almendralejo (imprescindible coche). Una opción correcta, pero pensamos que sería un lugar más tranquilo.
