2 bedroom apartment on the south bank 25 km from Lisbon and ten minutes drive from Praia da Mata and just over the other beaches of Costa da Caparica and Costa da Caparica town center.
Fully furnished, with linens and bedding. Equipped with washing machine and small appliances. With TV and Hify.
One bedroom with double bed, one with twin beds and a double room with sofa bed. Possibility to put a child bed up to two years
Large double room, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Facing east with very good light. All spaces open to a balcony. It is a first floor with easy access.
Good parking in quiet area. Situated opposite a playground overlooking the balcony.
It is twenty five minutes from Lisbon and the airport.
In July and August the price is 90 € / night and the remaining months 85 € / night. The minimum stay is 6 nights.

Schöne Wohnung
Wohnung ist hell, sauber und geräumig. Vermieterin sehr nett. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Toller Strand in ca. 5 Minuten mit Auto. Größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in etwa 15 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar.
