Casa da Praia - Buzio room

Casa da Praia was born from our passion for the sea. Just a 10-minute walk from the beach and around 5 minutes on foot from playgrounds and green spaces, it is a cosy and peaceful place, ideal for families, couples and anyone looking for a few relaxing days by the sea. The location is also perfect for those visiting Costa da Caparica during major events: we are just a 5-minute walk from the park where the Sol da Caparica Festival takes place, making it easy to get to the festival and return home without needing a car.

The house has three themed bedrooms — Búzio, Seahorse and Starfish — each inspired by the beauty and tranquillity of the ocean. Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests, allowing the house to host up to 6 adults in total. We designed Casa da Praia so that you have everything you need during your stay. The house is equipped with washing and drying machines, air conditioning in every bedroom, and a cosy fireplace, providing comfort all year round. Outside, you can enjoy the patio, prepare meals on the barbecue or cool off in our above-ground swimming pool, perfect for warmer days. Restaurants, cafés, pharmacies and other services are also nearby, so you can enjoy your stay with everything you need close at hand.

Búzio Room, where you can hear the sea even when it is far away. A spacious, bright and welcoming room, inspired by the simple and delicate beauty of seashells found by the sea. Facing the front of the house, it benefits from plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere throughout the day. It features air conditioning and a spacious wardrobe, providing all the space needed for a comfortable stay. Located on the ground floor of the house.
