Allianz Ecopark Ancol Tours and Activities

We have stayed at many Fairmont’s, also Accor members we have been here as well before! The hotel needs to be upgrade The charging ports for electronic devices were outdated , the bathroom had a leak at the sink the first night we arrived it was fixed and okay - The pillows in the bed were flat! We like Fairmont’s but were disappointed in our recent stay here We were also married at a Fairmont many many years ago ! So we are aware of the potential the property has always carried through the years Unfortunately not this time

Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel.
