This used to be our favorite place to stay. This time we took some friends for their first time and I was very disappointed. Our room never cooled down so we never slept well. The vents in the bathroom had zero flow so the bathroom was always scorching. For 2 days we had zero body wash and conditioner. They only had 2 towels for a double room. Several of the electrical outlets did not work. We were never comfortable in the room.
