"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."
"Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra.

"Utroligt venligt værtspar og personale. Vi fik et rigtig dejligt ophold og nød de meget smukke omgivelser såvel inden som udendørs. Og vi var glade for den store fleksibilitet i forhold til at låne køleskabsplads og få vores elcykler parkeret indendørs. Super morgenbuffet med bl.a. lækre hjemmelavede boller og rugbrød. En “trust-bar “var et yderligere plus. Vi kommer med glæde igen."

Sengene var alt for bløde (på den ene var der en meget mærkbar fjeder) og for korte til en mand på over 180 cm, sovesofaen hård som sten og utroligt knirkende.
Hovedpuderne var fyldt med knuder og nogle af dynerne med tydelige pletter.
Ovnen havde stadig dryppende fedt på risten og der var krummer i skufferne sammen med ikke helt rent bestik.
