Quiet vacation home Sonnengarten Enjoy and Relax

Our beautiful, newly renovated 150 m² house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen with a dining area, 1 large dining area, 2 living areas with TVs, and 1 small desk. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area.
With 2 people sharing a single bed per bedroom, our house can accommodate up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 15 people, including children.
We have 6 double beds in the bedrooms; in 3 of the bedrooms, these can also be arranged as single beds.
Additionally, we have a sleeper sofa in the TV room on the upper floor; this room serves as a walk-through.
Cots can be provided in some rooms.
Our Sonnengarten house is located just south of Nuremberg near Allersberg on the peaceful, beautiful Rothsee. You can reach Nuremberg, the Nuremberg Trade Fair, Playmobil Land, and many other attractions in Franconia in just 15 minutes. It’s ideal for families or business travellers who want to relax in peace and have a wide range of activities to choose from: hiking, biking, taking a walk around the lake, or simply lounging by the water, going for a swim, and letting your mind wander. The house is in a quiet location and has been recently renovated.
The high-quality amenities include: a kitchen with seating, all beds are box-spring beds, the living area features a spacious dining area, and there is seating on the terrace. Each of the two living areas features a flat-screen TV. This allows you to relax in the exceptional atmosphere during your stay and fully enjoy your time here.
With 150 square metres of space, you can enjoy a relaxed stay here. Everything was newly and high-quality furnished in June 2020.
All six bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds where you’ll sleep like a baby.
You can dine in peace and relaxation on the large terrace in the garden.
The garden features an outdoor hot tub and a garden shed with a large sauna.
