Apartment 'Über Der Alten Gärtnerei' with Lake View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The apartment is located in a quiet, renovated and newly furnished upper floor on the western outskirts of Allensbach. Lake access with bathing possibility approx. 200 m. On the Lake Constance bike path and with access (500m) to the wooded and varied Bodanrück with many cycling and hiking opportunities. Bike parking spaces (lockable, on request also lockable), E-charging possibility available! Car parking spaces! Train station approx. 20 min by foot, bus stop 100 m, bakeries, butcher's shop and discounter, several restaurants of all price ranges, as well as doctors in the village. The islands Mainau and Reichenau as well as the wildlife park, are easily accessible, as well as the city of Constance. Excursions to the Swiss alpine foothills (Säntis) are possible.

Langes Wochenende

Wir hatten hier ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende am Bodensee. Die herrliche Landschaft, die hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung und die tolle Lage zwischen Konstanz und Radolfzell hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Spaziergänge am See sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen. Es gab eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen Balkon auf dem man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor der Tür und der Bahnhof und der nächste Supermarkt sind jeweils 1,5 km entfernt. Konstanz ist mit der Bahn gut zu erreichen. Für Menschen, die die Ruhe schätzen eine sehr schöne Wohnung.

Neue Wohnung an schöner Lage

Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, der See ist sehr Nahe, gute Bademöglichkeit. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist ruhig. Cons: Mit ÖV ist es etwas mühsam, da der Bus am Samstag und abends nicht regelmässig fährt.

tolles Wetter. tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung - perfekt. Wohnung ist gut gelegen, schön ruhig, Geschäfte (Bäckerei, Metzger) nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, Bodensee ganz nah - am Ende der Strasse ist eine kleine Badestelle, das Strandbad (kostenloser Eintritt) am anderen Ende der Ortes. Wohnung modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht - inklusive Jura Kaffeemaschine.
