Our lovingly maintained boutique holiday apartment is located directly on the Lake Constance cycle path – only about 200 m from the lake and the first hiking trails. It offers two bedrooms (one as a walk-through room), two well-kept bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with streaming TV, and a private garden with a large terrace.



Ideal for 1–6 people plus a baby (in a cot).



Included: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, sustainable basic amenities – and up to 2 dogs free of charge (on request only).

Location: 1.3 km walking path to the centre of Allensbach. Busier in the mornings due to road and cycle path, pleasantly quiet in the evenings. The garden is quietly situated, a railway line runs at the back of the property – this is usually no longer noticed after a short time.

– Winter (November to March): reduced weekly and monthly rates

– Autumn and spring: from 3 nights – ideal for a quiet getaway

– Holidays and New Year’s Eve: adjusted prices and minimum stays



We rent to couples and families who appreciate a quiet, well-kept atmosphere and treat the apartment with care – just as we do. You book the apartment, not us. We live separately in the house, are available if needed, and keep discreetly in the background.
