She’s incredibly easy to contact and is always willing to go the length as a host!The house is also very clean and has a lot of appliances that make cooking easy. "We stayed for a weekend in June to visit Letchworth State park with my family. Very easy to find with good parking, plenty of space to lounge and entertain, nice electric fireplace for heat and central air to cool, overall it was really nice. Check-in was easy and the town is quiet and safe. The only reason we’re giving it 4/5 stars is because there was a fairly strong smell of wet dog in the rental upon arrival. They are pet friendly so we assumed a past renter stayed with their dog and allowed...

Cabin Creek Getaway by Letchworth State Park - Waterfalls & Woods!

Great Cabin!

"We had a great stay at Cabin Creek. It was exactly what we were looking for to kick off summer: private cabin in the woods, we did some "creeking" and saw waterfalls on the property, great big porch to grill and eat dinner outside, had nice fires among the fireflies and it was super close to Letchworth where we spent Saturday hiking. Dave gave us great recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was the perfect laid back getaway. "

"First, the few issues. Breakfast is only OJ, a few bagels, cream cheese, butter, dried cereal, bananas, and coffee. No yogurt, pastries, eggs, or much fruit. Such an easy thing to fix. The multiple threats around the pantry to not steal or video will be turned over to the police for prosecution is offensive to paying guests. There has to be a better way. The place is a bit dated and needs a refresh. The TV remotes were difficult to work from a distance. Ten of the parking spots are reserved as EV charging stations. They were all empty, but signs warned that non EV vehicles parked there would be towed AOE. Since they are available for non-guests, paying guests seem not to be the top priority. There are many positives, and they out balance the annoying but minor issues. The people are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and properly supplied. They are spacious and comfortable for sleeping. The location is good for exploring and shopping. I would certainly stay here again because all the essentials are done well."
