"Property did not live up to expectations. Positives: great communication from owner, and we were allowed to check in early upon request. Also, fantastic location-close to Ellicotville Brewing. Negatives: condo is very outdated. And needs a deep cleaning, black mold in shower, cobwebs on bathroom door, register in bathroom is gross, stained old carpet, drying rack in kitchen has something growing on it.
