"A very nice hotel in a convenient location for Dunedin CBD. The Whittaker's Chocolate was a nice touch as hotels and motels don't seem to leave a cookie or chocolate for guests anymore. The bee was very comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. The toilet was a bit noisy after flushing but it's no big deal, unless you go to the bathroom in the night. It can be a bit irritating. Internet was good, and plenty of toiletries, tea, coffee, and towels. Thank you for realising women need more than one towel :) "

"We LOVED this property, from the warm, friendly welcome to the beautiful room with everything you need! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Just around the corner to the buses and Octagon and we enjoyed a short walk to the stunning Railway Station. Close to Woolworths, City market and was so quiet. 100% recommend for rugby games! "
