"I was very disappointed with a hotel that I’ve used many times previously. The room smelt of cigarette smoke (non smoking room), sexual lubricant found in a cupboard, batteries eroded in the remote, and to top it all a Christmas party on our last night, which kept us awake before our drive back to England. When I mentioned the smell of the room I was offered drinks tokens for the bar which buy you either larger or soft drinks. The staff didn’t seem too surprised with the lubricant or remote...

However, the Fitness room needs some proper maintenance. Water rower out of water, Spin bikes barely moving, Weight stand bend, .. Nothing serious, but unexpected in a pricey 4* Hotel. "It is in the grounds of a castle, you can walk around the grounds. he road to it can be easily missed but as it is in a small village you will not get lost. The hotel is new , the bed was a little too hard for my liking. I had to change room as the room was not made up but the staff sorted me out with a new room quickly. the top class restaurant next door in the chateau by the moat is was not open on the day i went but the hotel has a limited but very good food. "

"Zimmer top ! Wie kamen zu Fünft hierhin. Eine kleine Familie. Großes geräumiges Zimmer sehr sehr sauber ! Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Auch wurden wir nett empfangen und wenn wir fragen hatten, war immer jemand da. Die Gegend ist mega schön sehr ruhig. Würde allerdings nur empfehlen dahinzufahren, wenn man ein Auto hat.
