"A gorgeous boutique hotel, with the most accommodating staff and host. Manuel was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. "Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"Great pace just off of the Plaza de Arams, within walking distance to just about anything you’d like to do. I bookend two stays between my Inca trail hike and slept in two different rooms. Both were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and eager to assist. Great breakfast included, with eggs made to order. You’d pay 2-3x the amount to stay in the States. "

"The bed was very comfortable and an extra large king size. The room was comfortable and we had enough space for our things. The staff were helpful anytime we asked for anything. The location was nice - away from the busier parts of the city, but still quite close to easily walk to them. We used the laundry service and found it very convenient and fast."
