"Usually hotels near train stations are awful, but UNA was top notch. Many new facilities one does not see in USA were routinely integrated into the room. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. "The hotel is beautiful and high end as the service is so professional and the decor so chic. The breakfast had plentiful options. Cleanliness was absolute. However, the location is not great as there is not much to do walking distance and the neighborhood looks a bit shady. "
