Regular coffee, as opposed to espresso based coffees, is self into cups with no saucers. The cups very much need saucers, they are not saucer-less mugs. "The property has a sense of serenity with beautiful views. Its location is excellent a short walk along the lake's promenade gets you right to Bardolino centre with beautiful resraurants and shops. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an uplift with better decor. Saying that I would still choose this hotel if visiting the area again!"

Everything could be reached by walking and there were wonderful restaurants to eat. Directions from the Hotel were excellent and they were very quick in responding to any of your questions.
