"I really enjoyed staying at the Hilton and I thought it was comparable to a stay at an American Hilton. I saw previous reviews that said it was difficult to cross the street, but that is a reality of Egypt (its simply a different way of crossing the road). I felt safe, the entrance has a metal detector and security. The hotel staff were polite and my room was cleaned everyday. "

"I thought the room was very well-designed and comfortable. My only comment re the room would be some information pamphlets. I thought the food was very ordinary. I ordered grilled fish, and obviously, the grill hadn't been wiped clean, as it tasted of meat. The second attempt was better but bland. Brilliant that they were very reliable at front desk and woke me up in time for very uncivilised flying time. Porters and bar staff were were efficient and friendly. "

"This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel, (I travel for work) and the service here is fantastic. The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure. I did have an issue with a cold shower on my final night, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo! "
