"It was greats. They were doing renovations so the elevator was closed but they brought our bags to our room for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are small but we expected that in France. You could easily hear other doors open and close but luckily no one came in late (also wore earplugs too which helped). Location is excellent. Close to metro and not far from Eiffel Tower."

"The staff on the cocktail lounge seem indifferent to guests . You can enter sit down and no one waits on you, and you have to go to the bar to place your order. The staff seems to spend an inordinate amount of time chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I spent 21 years running a hotel in the US and always trained my staff to focus on guests first. I stay at the Ibis because of its convenience to the airport. I travela lot and Paris is often my first stop on my European excursions....

"I loved it here! They were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was fabulous. There was a bottle of water and a chocolate bar in my room when I arrived and they held my luggage for me on my last day so I could get in some sightseeing before my late afternoon train. I reserved a small room which was perfect for one person. Great location and I highly recommend!"
