"Location is fantastic right in middle of busy place and a few minutes walk from the leaning tower and duomo. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and good size but very old fashioned and dated. Hotel in my opinion needs refurbished and it could be Grand once again. There a roof terrace with restaurant at night. We used it during the day and no one was about. The photo is the view from roof terrace. It’s fantastic view"

"Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it.
