Beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa with private south facing swimming pool


Casa Atlantica is a beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa with private south facing swimming pool on a large 1200m plot of peaceful gardens. The villa is 5 minute drive from the stunning beaches of Monte Clerigo, Arrifana and Amoreira which provide superb swimming, surfing, fishing and sunbathing. Both beaches have fantastic local restaurants.
The villa has a light and airy sitting room with two 3 seater settees, satellite TV, CD and stereo unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer,microwave, kettle and toaster. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 have double beds and one has two single beds. The villa is most suitable for 6 people, however two extra guests can be accommodated. Two fold away single beds can be provided for guest 7 and 8. All have built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and one of the double rooms has an ensuite. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.The outside area has a large covered terrace with barbeque, table and seating for 8 people. The laundry room is next to the patio and has a washing machine. There are two patio areas in the back garden with seating for 8 people. The front garden has orange and lemon trees. The garden to the side of the villa is an oasis of calm with palm and pine trees. The pool is totally private as it is not overlooked and allows you to enjoy the sunshine in total privacy.

Nice House and great swimming pool

The House is very clean , it's big and has a great pool. The only bad thing was there were 8 of us and the house is suitable for 6 with 3 bedrooms. Then there are some folding beds but the mattresses are terrible, we ended up sleeping on the sofas in the living room (which are not sofa beds, but are perfectly suitable for 1 person)

We just loved it! Everything was very uncomplicated, the house is very spacefull, clean and cozy. The pool is fantastic, and the beaches around are very beautiful! 5 stars for Kate and her “casa Atlantica”. Thank you very much, we had some great holidays!

The property is exactly as the pictures show, and location is great. Everything was clean and ready and I found it lacking nothing for a confortable week's stay. Kate was always available via message and the contactless check in process went well. The only two downsides for me were that the pool was a little deep and very near the house (which we hadn't realised, though could have asked) which meant i could not let my children free outside without an adult in the ready, and the check out at 10 am which was a little difficult for us. Overall these were details and we were very happy with our stay.

Dave war super und der telefonische Support ebenfalls. In diesem Haus gibt es alles, wie beschrieben. Das WLAN war für das Jahr 2025 zu schwach für mehrere Teilnehmer, so dass es hier zu Einschränkungen kam. Achja, es fehlen definitiv Mückennetze an den Fenstern, denn diese kommen so ab ca. 19.00 ungebeten und unproblematisch durch die Fenster und nerven dann intensiv.

Relax

Ótima para relaxar com a família, dar um mergulho na piscina após umas horas de praia. Excelente localização num bairro extremamente calmo e silencioso. A única observação que deixo vai para os horários de check in, 16h é muito tarde (principalmente quando pedem para o check out ser às 10h). O nosso check in atrasou duas horas... Basicamente ficamos privados de usufruir de uma coisa que pagamos durante dois dias...

Jolie villa mais avec prestations décevantes. Certaines parties extérieures à l'abandon où mal entretenues.A notre arrivée la vaisselle, les carreaux et miroirs étaient vraiment sales. Certains équipements du descriptif vétustes ou inexistants!! En revanche de très beaux endroits à découvrir dans cette région.

We really enjoyed our stay in villa Atlantica. House is located in very calm area in Vale da Thela. Villa is very well equipped with all the essentials for good relaxing stay . We would definitely recommend this property for family with kids .
