"Check was smooth as we were early the receptionist came to let us know the room was ready while we played shuffleboard in the lobby area. Our room was spacious but had no ac, so fairly warm. The reception staff obliged by giving us free iced water to fill our bottle. The room was dark as the walls are painted dark. Which is a shame. Our room faced away from the main busy road so we had quiet nights with the window open. Breakfasts are well serviced and always full of fresh food with an ambient atmosphere. Walk into town was about 20 minutes and a fairly quiet safe neighbourhood. I would recommend staying here."

"Breakfast and Dinner had a good selection whilst during the day fresh coffee, tea, juice, biscuits etc available free help yourself, if not better than some other hotels we've stayed at albeit some work going on outside poolside area which didn't bother us. Staff kind and helpful, room well cleaned, For info tram is 3 minutes walk, get no 5 to central Gothenburg (cheaper than taxi) would definitely stay again "
