Interactions with Reception were always slow and transactional, going through the motions like robots. Older decor throughout but room was spacious, clean and comfortable and enjoyed the 11am checkout time. Would stay again if price was right

I liked the fact that my room was spacious, well furnished, spotless and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was extra, but I was very glad that I reserved a space because there was no or minimal parking on the roads around the hotel.

So Noisy.
Extremely noisy throughout the night due to construction at street level , making sleep impossible.
The noise started around 9pm and continued into the early hours of the morning due to construction and loading of waste / materials into two large trucks at street level.
There was crashing and dropping of materials into the two trucks which reverberated on one side of the building .
The crashing noise occurred , at times , 4/5 times per minute.
Best avoided until this is completed .
An email had been sent to the hotel and I am awaiting a response.

Room was well presented and quiet but the air conditioning / heating was noisy. If you turned it off it got cold and there’s no blankets in the rooms. The pool is a bit disappointing there’s no lights in the pool and nowhere to sit if you’re not going in the pool. Room was well presented with everything you need. Breakfast was average at best and apart from the view I’d go elsewhere to one of the cafes. Staff were all very helpful

Boulcott Suites is a great place to stay. It's our second time. The staff at reception are efficient and respectful. The rooms are beautifully clean, with a full kitchen, including an electric jug which is often not present with coffee machines becoming so popular. There is a roomy dining and living room and outside sun deck for warmer days. Comfy warm beds, bathroom and toilet, basin off the second b.room which they don't mention. And hiding in the cupboard is a washing machine & dryer and iron. Wonderful for your stay in Wellington., you'll not be disappointed. The shops and restaurants are right on the doorstep. You'll not be disappointed if you book your stay there.
