"We had a great stay at this 2‑bedroom condo in Bimini. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable good water power in the showers. The pool area in down the road a bit. 2 min on a golf cart., you could walk there. The pool area lacked enough chairs for all the people there. A/C was cold which was much needed as it was hot! Kitchen had everything you needed but you have to bring your own coffee /sugar/ creamer. The location made everything easy. Get a GOLF CART. Check‑in was smooth, and communication with the host was fast and helpful. When checking in a the HOA make sure you follow Ricks check-in procedures I was in and out in 2 min. Ricks place was really nice and in a good location. Will rent again when i go back."

"We chose this property to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. It was our first time visiting Bimini, and it definitely won’t be our last—we absolutely fell in love with the island. The property is fantastic, located in the perfect area with a great sense of safety and security. We are a family of four, and the home was the perfect size for us, although it can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Melissa was an outstanding host from start to finish. She was always attentive, responded to every question within minutes, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Melissa, for giving us the opportunity to stay in your wonderful property and for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to coming back very soon.
