Excellent large suite....fantastic bathroom...large living room.....large bedroom....comfortable bed...only thing that I could say was that the living room furniture was sparse and not comfortable....they could also put in a microwave.

The staff was friendly and professional. Convenient location for tour companies for pick up. The furniture in the room is in bad shape and appears dirty that I could not sit on. The juice rum Restaurent food was good but also need a complete renovation.

The rooms were very run down, stains on the carpet and chair. Far from what the pictures look like on the website. They ran out of hot water on the first day, so Cold showers on the first day. The staff were friendly no complaints about that. But just overpriced in my opinion.

Very happy with the service, checking in and out, the room and location, the breakfast was also amazing and good value for money. The pool is luxurious and great after a long day travelling. Will stay again

The hotel was overpriced and not up to Crowne Plaza standards. The internet was intermittent, the hot tub jets didn’t work, the printer in the business center didn’t work and the restaurant staff were slow and difficult to understand

Disappointment all around
Alvin and Renee were quite friendly… Everyone else hardly understood what I was talking about… Language barrier. The property is in a repair and needs a renovation desperately. Get a Mountain View room if you can swing it. If you have allergies, the lobby and other areas of the property are quite odiferous. The staff are not really accommodating… Be prepared to do a lot of your own thinking and work. They don’t cater to you at all.. Often times made me feel like I was a burden. And I’m not a high maintenance person.

The property was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Owen the breakfast chef was very friendly and always had a smile. He’s service was fantastic and he was a happy.

Shocking housekeeping.
We stayed three nights to join a tour. Enjoyed Alice Springs. The room was large but very poorly cleaned. There was a pile of toenail clippings on the verandah making it unpleasant to use this outdoor space.

Louise, with her dead-pan, unwelcoming expression, began our check-in process for two rooms. Realising that the other very lovely and helpful young woman had already opened the booking, we were ordered by Louise to "get in the other line" without any explanation of why. We dutifully did so. We then asked Louise about a restaurant for dinner. She snipped an answer without looking up from whatever she was doing. My husband said we'd appreciate better customer service from her and she said sorry and continued her more important desk work. Unfortunately, we didn't get the name of the lovely young woman who completed our check-in. I hope the front desk manager reads this review and moves Louise to a back office position as the very important first impression starts at check-in.

Very expensive for a budget room and service
Aircon didn’t work, the first heater they brought in didn’t work (second one did), phone didn’t work to ring reception, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, bed comfort and pillows were average, there was only a tiny bit of toilet paper left on the roll with no spares provided, the food at the attached pub wasn’t good, disappointing for an expensive stay

Solid effort, but expensive for relatively basic hotel. Rooms were clean, but not that well appointed. Every-other day room cleaning not what's expected for the price. Not sure why, given relatively low occupancy, you'd put someone neear a main entrance and an ice machine. Otherwise, solid effort, very nice pool area, super helpful front office staff, and the main restaurant fantastic to just pop into and have a lazy afternoon drink.

Very over priced for what was available. The room sky rocked for a major event that was held in Alice Springs. When your hotel is compared to other hotels around the world there was no value for money. I could not even hav a shower with out the floor being covered in water. the fly wire door did not open or the sliding glass door.

Restaurant food was superb, staff needs better training on food and wine basics and general service. Front desk staff, especially Sofia, was excellent--attentive, knowledgeable and willing to help!

Rooms are large and modern with a nice fit out. I selected a mountain view room and couldn't fault the outlook at sunset, just lovely. Rooms are a bit noisy for nearby neighbours but otherwise pretty faultless
