Welcome to Bailen! Sophisticated flat located in the vibrant heart of Alicante, occupying a generous 100 square metres offers an exceptional bedroom. This charming and cosy flat is located in a majestic 19th century building, characterised by its imposing windows that flood the interior space with natural light. The interior design is highlighted by its living-dining room, which combines a modern essence with a touch of classic elegance. The fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances invites culinary creation, while the spacious bedroom is complemented by a private bathroom.

The location is simply exceptional: just steps away from the charming historic quarter, with the majestic cathedral and the imposing Castillo de Santa Bárbara in the centre of Alicante. In addition, you will find the vibrant scene of bars, restaurants and entertainment areas typical of the city surrounding this place.
An ideal place for a couple's getaway to discover Alicante together.

NOTE: It is important to note that this property may apply additional charges for high electricity consumption, depending on the season. Any consumption exceeding 5€ per day will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Rentals exceeding 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, and the tenant will be required to sign an additional short-term rental agreement in accordance with applicable regulations.

Its a great apartment in a great location. Its a vibrant and busy social area. The noise at night is pretty intense, but once we closed the doors and windows and put the air con on it meant sleep was possible. So all in a great and luxury pad in central Alicante

Apt was centrally located and well appointed. Spacious, with comfortable kitchen and rooms. The three people I dealt with from the agency were easy to communicate with and very professional. Highly recommend this apt. Front door should lock from the inside without key.

Great apt. But I couldn’t get tv to work and no one came to fix it or show me what I was doing wrong. This was a major problem for me. Otherwise everything was fine.

We found the apartment centrally positioned, clean, complete with everything we needed and our host available, generous and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The centrality of the location made it quick and easy to walk to several local points of interest as well as all necessities. We loved being so close to everything and felt our apartment was like a home away from home.

Great location

Apartment is quite comfortable and roomy for two people. Bedroom is at the back of apartment so one does not hear street noise in bedroom. Easy access to restaurants and not a far walk from beach.

Unique and Comfortable

This unit is perfectly located in the central city with unique layout. The living room and work desk are in the sunlight from of the apartment and the cool darker bedroom in the back of the unit. Great host and easy checkout and checkin. I highlighly recommend this unit if you want to be in the city with restaurants close by, but no in front of your stay.

We had a great time in this flat in Alicante. Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. We had a small issue with the AC and it was resolved immediately. The woman who helped us check in at the flat was incredibly helpful and kind.
