Bright and cozy apartment with a spacious and comfortable living room, dining table for six people, air conditioning, heating, 41 "screen, two large balconies where you can have an aperitif or enjoy the festivities of Alicante, such as The Three Kings Parade at Christmas, the processions of Holy Week, Carnival or the traditional Bonfires of Alicante with direct views to the cremà of the night of San Juan.
Romantic, enveloping and comfortable En suite room, large fitted wardrobe and comfortable. Two bathrooms classic style one with round tub, towels, hairdryer. Bright well equipped kitchen. Gallery with washer and dryer. In the 2nd room you can put four or five beds, cradle as needed.

Alicante center at it's best

We had 8 nights in the appartement. Being in the center is just perfect, so we can walk to the beach and everything else in town. The location is just 50m from the market on the main street - but the street noise is still surprisingly low. There is a paid underground parking facility almost at the front door, so it is easy when renting a car. It's a place we will keep in mind, for our next time in the city. Regards from Lars, Denmark

I stayed at the property with my sister, we each had a bedroom one with en suite and there was a second bathroom. The property was very clean and the kitchen well equipped even had an orange juicer. The airport bus C6 stopped just outside which was perfect. The balcony although overlooking the road was fine to sit and have breakfast and the fantastic market was just opposite for our supplies. It was within easy walking distance to the old town , beach and castle.

Super location, close to the train station and everything. Very nice and well equipped apartment. Parasol and games for the beach etc. We only had a little delay to get answers from the owner and some noise from the renovation of the neighbors.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä julkisen liikenteen ja kävellen keskustaan tutustumisen kannalta. Lentokenttäbussi pysähtyy kadun toisella puolella.Toinen makuuhuone on rauhallinen. Très bel appartement avec toutes les fonctionnalités et très bien placé Meublé avec bcp de goût et d'originalité, literies très confortables, clim et ventilateurs plafond, cuisine bien équipée.On a passé un très bon séjour (couple une ado)Emplacement vraiment centralTout peut se faire à pied Bus et tram juste a côté Ne pas hésiter à prendre le tram pour rejoindre plage de San juan bcp plus belle que celle du Postiguet Ana a été très réactive dès que nous avons posé des questions !Très bon séjour pour nous tous
