Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Enjoy a modern and cosy villa of 250 m² with capacity for 8 people, located just 3 km from Alhaurín el Grande. This recently built property offers a private and peaceful environment, surrounded by nature with impressive views of the sierra. In its spacious outdoor areas you will find a private swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres, perfect for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones, as well as a gas barbecue and sun loungers ☀️, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.



The plot is completely fenced and has two covered parking spaces and additional uncovered spaces. In addition, it has a charging station for electric cars 🚗⚡, an extra convenience for those traveling with this type of vehicle. The south-north orientation of the house allows enjoying natural light from dawn to dusk, with private terraces in each bedroom to relax and contemplate the landscape.



Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, a reception area with reading and meeting spaces, an independent dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) 🍳, and a living room with a large sofa and television to share family moments or enjoy free Wi-Fi for teleworking or digital entertainment. It also has a full bathroom with a shower tray and a laundry room to keep clothes up to date.



The upper floor houses four double bedrooms, each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower tray, television and air conditioning with heat pump ❄️🔥. Two bedrooms face north and two face south, all with a private terrace equipped to enjoy a coffee or the sun in an intimate setting.
