The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the wifi worked great, and the owners were highly responsive to any questions or issues I raised. "The only good things about this stay were the check in process and the location was closed to where I was working, along with the house being nice.With that out of the way, this experience was WELL BELOW EXPECTATIONS! First off, there were rats in the backyard as a result of neighboring yards not being maintained, rendering the yard completely useless for my dog and I in order to avoid catching Lepto! Also, the backyard was not maintained at all! Next, somebody’s socks were found in the basement and somebody’s nasal medicine was found in the kitchen (I assume the actual owner?) there was also a bunch of damage that I noted to the team. (I didn’t worry about the sock because it wasn’t a big deal to me.)Next my work project site was shut down a week into my stay and I had to return home to Cleveland. On top of that, Andrew refused to refund me the rest of the trip and refused to cancel it! The site remained closed for the rest of the month, opens May 5th, the Monday after I was scheduled to leave the house; however, since I had to not only go back to Cleveland a week in, I no longer felt that the house/area was safe for my dog and I! Andrew also refused to communicate with me directly and just had his assistants talk to me! Talk about unprofessional!Next, there’s no pool! Not sure why that’s even in the list.Next, there was a southern black widow in the basement that crawled in from the water heater room, that could’ve severely harmed us! Stay away from this rental group!!"
